Poor Quality or Damaged Item:
If you receive a product of poor quality or it arrives damaged, you can return it in its original condition with the original box and packaging intact. Please inform us of any damages or wrong products received within 24 hours. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process a refund including any shipping fees incurred.

Wrong Item Received:
In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please return it in its original condition with the original box and packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will either process a replacement for the correct item or issue a refund if the original item is unavailable.

Change of Mind:
If you change your mind before shipping your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order to cancel it. We will process a refund including any applicable shipping fees. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 48 hours from the time of delivery to return it. The return must adhere to our return policy, and the item must be in its original retail packaging with tags and seals intact for food gift box orders.

Refunds for Credit Card Transactions:

For orders paid via credit card, refunds will be automatically credited back to the same credit card or debit card used for the transaction within 7-14 business days. If the order is canceled before shipping or if products are shipped but not delivered, you will receive a full refund. Refunds for delivered products will be processed after inspection, excluding original shipping fees.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery Transactions:
For cash on delivery transactions, refunds will be issued as Healthynutsy online credits, which can be used for future orders.

Incomplete Order Received:
In the rare event of missing items from your order, please provide photo and video evidence on the day of delivery. Once verified, we will send you the missing item.
